Biting Winds is named for the bitter wind that blows in off the Thames River during the winter season. We are a moderate size group that is steadily growing. We have members who happily assist others, particularly newer players in all facets of Amtgard from Fighting to RP to A&S. We always love to see new members. The more we have, the better the games can be the more we can help each other grow.

Every SUNDAY: Wharton Brook State Park 675US-5 North Haven, CT 12 PM

Typically meet at the Picnic tables next to the front parking lot, if its raining we will meet in the pavilion closest to the back parking lot

Alternating SATURDAYS: Washington Park 155 Meridian St. Groton, CT

From I-95, take exit 87 and follow to the traffic light. Turn right onto Meridian St. and look for us by the pavilions on the left.
