| Tl;Dr: Two day events held back to back, non-camping event, free but donations appreciated, not restricted to vaccinated only, starts at 10:00 a.m., meal plan available for lunches, full weapon check, please volunteer if able.\r\n\r\nCrossroads ‘22 is a FREE back-to-back two-day non-camping event for all attendees. However, we are looking to return this event back to its former glory of a weekend camping event next year, so we humbly encourage you to donate what you can. Thank you so much! \r\n\r\nCOVID policy: All attendees must check in at the gate. Attendees must show proof of vaccination or wear a mask during field battles and in crowded areas. If you or a member of your household has covid-like symptoms, please do not attend Crossroads ‘22 until you test negative or are no longer contagious (minimum 10 days after symptom onset). Please use your best judgment to protect our community from COVID and other infections. \r\n\r\nSchedule for both days:\r\n\r\n9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. - Set up - Volunteers only\r\n10:00 a.m. - Event Open\r\n10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - Check in and weapon check\r\n11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Ditch/ Bear Pit\r\n12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch - Ditch/ Bear Pit\r\n1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. - 1st Class Game\r\n2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Militia Game\r\n4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - 2nd Class Game\r\n5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Pack up and leave (Event Closed)\r\n\r\nGate: Check-in will begin at 10:00 a.m. Galvin has prepared event tokens to commemorate the event!\r\n\r\nMeal plan: The event will break from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. for lunch. Squire Finley will be running a meal plan for lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. The cost for the two lunches will be $18 - or $9 if you are only attending one day. The money must be sent to Squire Finley by no later than October 30th. Check out the event page for the menu and more information. \r\n\r\nWeapons Check: Weapon check will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with spot checks available for late arrivals.
