Description: The Black Diamond is the most powerful thieves' guild in the Western Winds, headquartered in the great merchant city of Edmonton; its decrees are enforced - and punishment for disobedience doled out - by their silent-but-deadly Bucket Men, Black Diamond's elite assassins. Headed by whomever holds the present Guild Master of Assassins, the Black Diamond permits the lowliest level assassin to operate in Western Winds as pickpocket, working one's up in rank as thief, con-artist, then as one of the elite as a "Bucket Man". The Guild Master's decrees are dispersed among the ranks by the First Officer.
History: Formed in late 2018 from the rag-tag bickering of disassociated thieves and assassins, leaderless and reeling in anarchy... then the period of Enlightenment saw their unification, structure, and combined power.
