Description: The battle company structure is as follows; there is Gilliam, who is Lord Commander of the entire company, and then Division leaders / Commanders under him. These Division leaders are commanders of a specific weapon fighting style who train their Rook's (Initiates) and Guardians (Full members) in one style of weapon fighting. The divisions are Polearm, Sword and shield, Archery, and Florentine (dual wielding). The process in the battle company is as follows; a division leader recommends a player to join and if they want to, they will have a court meeting with the Lord Commander who then will sign off for the final approval. At that time they are granted a Rook belt favor and are considered as a Rook. Rooks have the choice of choosing a division they wish to join. A division leader cannot refuse a Rook under any circumstance. Once a Rook has picked a division the Rook will be trained by the Division Leader for two months. After those two months the Rook will acquire the privilege to fight their division leader. If the Rook feels confident enough they will face off with the division leader in a best out of 10 fight using the division weapon. If you beat the leader you will have gained the rank of Guardian and welcomed as a full member, bestowed by the Lord-Commander in a privately hosted event or area of park where a celebration in the Guardians honor would commence. However, if the Rook were to lose the challenge, they will be restricted to another two month waiting period to fight that division leader again. Although at that time the Rook has the choice to change divisions if the Rook wishes. After six months of being with a division as a Guardian, the Guardian gains the right to initiate a court challenge against the division leader. In this challenge you will state to the Lord Commander, the Division Leader, and the division Rooks, as to why the Guardian should be the new Division Leader. If approved, The Guardian will be allowed a fight against said Division Leader in a best of five and if successful, may usurp the position of Division Leader.
