All Decisions (every single one) are made democraticly in this company. As Smiling Ones, we spend some of our time at events helping with clean up and generally making sure people are having a good time. That's what we are all about: Have fun and help others have fun! As a fighting company, we are always on the look out for more members. What we look for in a company member is someone who plays to have fun, we don't care if we win or lose, as long as we all have fun playing the game.
