History: Created in 2003 by Lord Nomad, in the Grand Duchy of Darkwater East, the ranks of the D.o.E. have swollen and receded. At this time only a handful of active members remain. The D.o.E. have allied themselves with other groups in the past,when it served their purposes, including: Tear of Blood and Bloodmoon, as well as serving as mercenaries for the Dark Church.
