Description: The Bardic College is a collection of patrons, performers, musicians, and researchers who are united in the promotion of the non-competitive performing arts within the Kingdom of Winter\'s Edge. \r\n\r\nIts efforts are focused on removing the barriers that would prevent aspiring musicians from exploring the arts, inspiring confidence in it\'s students, and promoting a more engaging and entertaining environment within the Kingdom. \r\n\r\nPositions within the College are as follows\r\n\r\nHonorary Head Master - The Kingdom Regent\r\nDeans : Administrators who assist in coordinating instrument loans. \r\nLibrarians: Individuals contributing through the loaning of materials. \r\nResearchers: Individuals who are contributing through helping to perform research, develop song books, etc. \r\nTeachers: Individuals who are willing to instruct others in an instrument or other bardic skill. \r\nStudents: Individuals participating in the Bardic College, borrowing instruments or otherwise performing ancillary support functions.
