Description: Apex is a health & fitness household located in the Pacific Northwest. Membership in the household are from people in both Blackspire & Northern Lights. We exist to help encourage each other towards our goals, share resources and advice, and help each other achieve our health and fitness goals. The household is open to everyone at any level of fitness experience. We don't believe in body shaming or elitism. Just a group of people who want to be our best selves.
