Description: ~•~\r\nWhite Bear Commissary Description:\r\n White Bear Commissary is a household focused on providing snacks at park days and being the premier meal plans at large events. The large events pay for us to help during park. \r\n\r\nBylaws and Etiquette of White Bear Commissary: \r\n As long as you are wearing the belt favour,or house colors you MUST be willing and prepared to offer food or drink. Anybody asking for assistance will not be turned away due to bias, a members feelings towards the asking individual or any other unaccommodating reason. \r\n\r\n The household will NOT condone inappropriate sexual conduct or violence, we DO however expect our members to be polite, and civil when a member is approached for assistance. Make the individual feel welcome, put them at ease if need be, do not be crude, rude or hateful in any way. \r\n\r\n We also expect our members to treat others as they would expect to be treated during such situations and assistance. We will NOT tolerate our members to be biased towards any individual seeking out assistance. \r\n \r\n\r\n Only during events where White Bear Commissary is selling meal plans or snacks as per agreement with the event runner will monetary compensation be allowed. \r\n \r\n\r\n During regular park days donations are allowed to help resupply the stockpile of snacks and drinks.\r\n\r\n\r\nMembership: \r\n Anyone wishing to become a member of White Bear Commissary may do so by a nomination from a current member. The nominating member must be willing to sponsor the individual whom they are nominating. \r\n \r\n There will be a probationary period of 6-12 mos for sponsored members. The nominated individual must also be vetted to ensure that they are appropriate for the household. They must also participate in a large event.\r\n\r\n\r\n ALL members are to be held to the same standards, equally, and are to abide by the rules, NO EXCEPTIONS! \r\n \r\n\r\nLeaving the Household:\r\n Any member of White Bear Commissary may leave the household at any time and for any reason, all that we request is notice of intent to leave, a reason why you are leaving and if it is due to problems with or within White Bear Commissary and allow us to try to rectify the issues for the member. \r\n\r\n\r\n If any member who has left White Bear Commissary should ever wish to rejoin, the individual would need to be sponsored and go through the probationary period again.\r\n\r\n\r\nGrounds for Expulsion from White Bear Commissary:\r\n A member may be removed from the household for any violation of the household\'s requirements, or suspension from Amtgard due to a CoC violation.\r\n Expulsion will be determined by a vote of all full members, with majority ruling. \r\n \r\n We will have a ZERO-TOLERANCE to inappropriate sexual conduct or violence of our members to others, BUT, we are to review and ensure that any member accused is not being accused wrongfully .\r\n\r\n\r\n We will also uphold the Code of Conduct and expect our members to do the same.

History: The wandering Half-Giant Blargiest with his wife Belladonna. Seeing the need of good food and drink in the the sprawling Kingdom of Blackspire. Set-forth to combat the gnashing bites of hunger with his own chosen weapons a frying pan and perculator.\r\n\r\n\r\nAs the news of one who would feed any in need spread so did those willing to help. This house will always be needed and shall endure.
