Description: The Black Steel Order was founded on the power of equality of chance through the efforts of hard work and great effort. Those with great skills can become ranked higher among the Order. The Black Steel Order has no need for knighthoods, for they view it pointless compared to the significance of skill itself.

History: Founded by those who sought to become stronger, the Black Steel Order gained a hierarchy based on strength.This method; however, was not based on only combatant skill, but also the skill of words and strategy. Three primary titles were created for the valued skills of Battle, Strategy, and Diplomacy. The leader of Battle would be known as the Warlord. The Leader of Strategy would be known as Pack Master, and the leader of Diplomacy would be known as the Librarian.
