Description: The Wyld Hunt Committee was formed to plan and execute weekend long events for the Western Region and once established began helping others through discussions/lectures and by providing tools to make planning events easier.\r\n\r\nDiscussions/lectures: Simiavir has been asked numerous times to give classes on planning food budgets and how to manage the kitchen. \r\n\r\nTools: Ruby has provided an excel sheet to help plan all aspects for generic events including items in it such as tax rates for all 50 states, customizable event site page, and a calculated (and combined) shopping list. *This excel in its various stages has been used for planning other regional events and Winter\'s Edge Principality events.

History: October 2015 the committee was awarded the Order of the Flame for creating a role play event which the Western Region parks used as their Coronations.\r\n\r\nOctober 31 to November 2 of 2014 was the first Wyld Hunt event. \r\nIn 2015 there were 2 Wyld Hunt events 6 months apart which served as the Western Region park\'s Coronations in May and Halloween weekend. \r\nIn 2016 Wyld Hunt was reduced to just once a year, in May, in order to foster other regional event growth.\r\n\r\nDuring this time the Western Region increased funds in order to facilitate events for the region and also create a base of equipment including kitchen equpiment, ditch lights, and table dressings.
